To all FEI Calgary Chapter Members:
On behalf of FEI Calgary and the Mentoring Program Committee, I am very pleased to formally kick-off our mentoring program. We welcome all members of FEI Calgary to participate in this opportunity for a Learning Partnership.
The Mentoring Program will provide FEI Calgary members with the opportunity to establish confidential learning partnerships to collaborate and share their understanding of the senior financial role and develop their leadership capability.
Please find available in the download section of this website the following material for your reference;
- the Program Overview, this explains how the program works and what you need to do to participate
- the Learning Partnership Agreement, to protect confidentiality in the discussions between the Learning Partners
- a Participant Information Form, which will be used to assist in the pairing process.
If you are interested in becoming a mentor, mentee or both, please complete the Participant Information Form and the Learning Partnership Agreement and forward both to our consultants who are assisting us with the program. Details are included in the material provided.
We would like to have the forms completed by the end of August so we can start the pairing process in early September.
