Our Governance and Risk Committee identifies governance, enterprise risk, and control issues related to private and public companies, and not-for-profit organizations.
The GRC also looks for ways to provide a link between Boards and Audit Committees and CFOs outlining expectations in these areas.
This committee monitors output from the standards setting bodies for potential changes in legislation with the aim of advocating on behalf of and providing education to FEI Canada's membership.
